You’ll notice that most of the trainers have strong opinions about finding a fitness professional that really zeros in on your specific goals and needs… and there’s a reason for that. It’s called personal training for a reason! When you’re hiring a personal trainer, you want to make sure you’re working with someone who is able to personalize your workouts and adjust if things change. Aspects like matching personality and feeling safe and supported are also super important and play to the “personal” part of personal training.

If you’re looking to hire a personal trainer in the Boston or Cambridge areas, you really can’t go wrong with any of the trainers highlighted above. Many offer a hybrid of in-person and online sessions, so if you’re not in the area, I’m sure they would still love to hear from you. Please feel free to shoot me an email with any questions you may have about hiring a personal trainer or what you can expect from a personal trainer relationship!

I'm an avid traveler, who picked up this wonderful addiction while living and teaching in South Korea, and being able to travel everysix months.  Now back in the states, I've started feeling antsy and trapped, so I decided to spend 2016 visiting some popular US destination cities.... all on a non-profit worker's salary! It really is possible to travel on a budget, the key is knowing how!
