Who I do and do not work with

I mostly work with individuals who are:

  • brand new to exercise/movement

  • in a little bit of pain or discomfort in daily life/during exercise (and when appropriate, have been cleared by a doctor or physical therapist)

  • looking to “level up” their exercise routine - regardless of whether they just want to move or want to start working towards some goals

  • seeking to learn more about beginner/intermediate powerlifting technique (aka those who enjoy squat/bench/deadlift but don’t necessarily have a short-term plan to compete)

I generally refer out to colleagues for individuals who are:

  • seeking sport-specific assistance

  • seeking to learn or progress through Olympic style lifting (snatch, clean, clean and jerk, etc…)

  • in acute pain or have unmanaged or undermanaged medical conditions (blood pressure, diabetes, neuropathy, etc…) and have not been cleared for exercise

  • more aligned with yoga, Pilates, and barre styles of training

  • actively training for physique competitions

If this is you, please still reach out! I know some fantastic trainers/coaches/physical therapists you can connect with!
