I had no prior experience when I began my weight training with Katie and was uncertain about the correct form for squats/deadlifts. One aspect of Katie's training that I found particularly valuable was her focus on technique rather than solely on the amount of weight lifted. She is patient to break down complex movements into manageable steps that make a difference in my learning process.
