"Get the Stress Out" Group Workout - SATURDAY 11/16 @ 12:15pm

Join us for a 45-minute group workout class to “get the stress out” - better out than in!

WHERE: Studio 617 - 561 Boylston St. Boston, MA
WHEN: Saturday, November 16 @ 12:15pm
(feel free to arrive a couple minutes early - I’ll be wrapping up the first group class around 12, so I’ll be around)

Rough structure for the class:

  • A little mobility/movement prep

  • A 6-exercise circuit with a mix of strength and cardio stuff, all selected to help get some rage out. All levels welcome!

  • Wrapping up with a little breathing (some breathing drills can serve dual purposes as mobility tools and a little bit of a “calm down” for the nervous system!)
